This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Bashar, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 822 of 2016 (State vs. Bashar) arising out of Case Crime No. 225 of 2016, under Sections- 498-A, 323, 304-B, 316 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Paratapur, District- Meerut, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application on behalf of the appellant on the ground that he has completed acutal custody of above 7 years. He is in jail since 10.09.2025. He has no previous criminal history to his credit
