This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Juned, praying to enlarge him on bail in Session Case No. 1512 of 2020 (State vs. Juned) arising out of Case Crime No. 427 of 2020, under Sections- 302, 201, 392, 411 IPC, Police Station- Behat, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of this appeal. The prosecution case is that the informant, Rashid Ali, lodged the F.I.R alleging that his brother-in-law, Nusrat, is the owner of a truck which he drives himself.
