In view of the above, Paragraph 64 of the judgment dated 16.12.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal no.849 of 2005 be substituted and read for all purposes as under:- “64. On overall analysis of evidence, alongwith the conduct of complainant and mother, on absence of proof, the case against the present appellant – accused of abetment to suicide can
