This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 12.02.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No.4326/2018, titled Manoj Kumar v. Commissioner of Police & Anr., allowing the said O.A. filed by the respondent herein, with the following directions: “6.6 Therefore, for the reasons explained hereinabove, the OA is allowed. The impugned order dated 27.06.2017 is quashed. The respondents shall reassign the seniority to the applicant in the seniority list of inspectors from the date of promotion of his juniors /batchmates.
