The petitioner was enrolled as Constable in the Railway Protection Force1 on 27 March 2011. As he was found to be suffering from seizures, a Medical Board was constituted on 2 June 2023 to examine his physical condition. 2. The Medical Board opined that the petitioner was a case of generalised tonic clonic seizures of idiopathic origin and was unfit to be retained in the medical category Bee-One in which he had ori
