Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a permanent resident of the subject premises and is the legal and lawful co-owner/co-sharer of the subject premises, residing at first floor of the subject premises for a long time and Respondent nos. 3 to 5, who are the brothers of the petitioner, are staying on the ground floor of the property. 6. It is submitted that father of the petitioner was the original allottee of the subject premises.
