The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 433/2017 dated 30.06.2017, registered at Police Station Binda Pur, for offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’), including all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2. It is averred that the marriage between Petitioner No. 1 and Respondent No. 2 was solemnized on 26.02.2016 as per Hindu rites, customs and ceremonies. No child was born out of the said wedlock.
