Further, direction is sought to promote the petitioner to the post of AGM (Grade E 7) from the date on which his juniors were promoted. 2. While issuing notice on motion on 31.05.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner confined the prayer to the Departmental Promotion Committee (for short „DPC‟) held in the years 2014, 2015 and 2016 and gave up the challenge to DPCs held in the years 2011, 2012 and 2013. 3.
