The present suit has been filed by the plaintiff inter alia seeking a decree of declaration and permanent injunction. 2. This application has been filed under Order VII Rule11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter ‘CPC’) seeking rejection of the plaint on Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:AARZOO CS(OS) 93/2023 Page 1 of 9 Signing Date:05.12.2025 18:50:23 the ground that the plaintiff has no right or interest in the properties that are subject to the said suit in light of Section 8 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 as the subject properties belong to the grandfather of the plaintiff. 3. In this regard, reference may be made to the averments made in the plaint.:- 3.1. The plaintiff is the daughter of Sh. Harpal Singh, originally impleaded as the defendant no.1 in the suit.
