The applicant has preferred this application, seeking grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 56/2024, registered at Police Station Special Cell, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 21/22/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 [hereafter „NDPS Act‟] and Section 174A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 [hereafter „IPC‟]. 2.
