This writ petition is directed against what is essentially an adjournment order. The order under challenge reads thus: ORDER 27.02.2025 MA 149/2025 List this application after the decision of Larger Bench. 2. Certiorari jurisdiction has its limitations. We are not expected, when exercising certiorari jurisdiction, to monitor the dealing of 3. The impugned order has merely adjourned the petitioner’s application after the decision of the larger Bench of the Tribunal. 4. The petitioner’s grievance appears to be that the larger Bench is not being constituted since long. 5. That, in our view, cannot be a basis
