By means of this petition, the petitioner has challenged an order dated 13.12.2023, passed under Section 33 A of the Water Act, 1974. 3. The petition is highly belated apart from the fact that the statutory remedy of appeal has not been availed and there is hardly any explanation offered in the writ petition for the delay. 4.
