In this case, orders dated 24.8.2021. 14.9.2022 and 18.7.2024 have been challenged by the petitioner by filing this petition. 3. So far as the notices impugned herein are concerned, the proceeding is still pending and the petitioner may file response to the same, which shall be considered by the U.P. Pollution Control Board, unless there is any legal impediment keeping in mind the decision of Hon'ble The Supreme Court in the case of D.P.C.C. Vs. Lodhi Property Co. Ltd. (Supra), however, so far as the final order as it was issued earlier in point of time unless it has been recalled, we se
