The petitioner has filed this petition mainly with the prayer for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari commanding the opposite parties to ensure the free and fair bye-election by installation of voice recording cameras at the polling stations on the date of voting of bye-election of Chairman/Adhyaksh, Nagar Palika Parishad, Mahmoodabad , District Sitapur and also at counting centers prior to the date of counting.
