By means of this petition, a prayer has been made to direct the District Magistrate, Lucknow to execute the recovery certificate dated 22.11.2024 issued by the U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Lucknow for recovery of the amount of Rs.5,51,438/-. 3. In para 21 of the writ petition, it has categorically been stated by the petitioner that no action has been taken till date against the order dated 22.07.2024 passed by the U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, pursuant to which recovery certificate dated 22.11.2024 was issued. 4.
