In this case, orders dated 24.8.2021 and 2.9.2022 have been challenged by the petitioner by filing this petition on 18.7.2025, after a delay of more than two years. Apart from it the only question raised herein is with regard to the jurisdiction of the U.P. Pollution Control Board to pass such an order under Section 33 A of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and this issue has been settled by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of D.P.C.C
