It is alleged that the private opposite parties are repeatedly destroying boundary marks put as per the demarcation proceedings. Two First Information Reports have been lodged, but the situation still continues. 3. We are afraid, the remedy would be before the Revenue or Civil Court to seek an injunction and pursue the FIRs already lodged or lodge a new FIR or a complaint, as the case may be, if there is a fresh cause. We cannot enter into disputes between private parties pertaining to Bhumidhari land. 4. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of. (Manish Kumar, J.) (Rajan Roy, J.)
