The grievance in the writ petition is that the opposite party No.5 has two pet dogs which have not been registered with the Nagar Nigam, Lucknow but the Nagar Nigam, Lucknow is not taking any action under the Government Order dated 21.02.2023. Let the petitioner approach the Municipal Commissioner, Lucknow, who shall get an inquiry conducted, ascertain the correct facts after hearing the opposite party No.5, thereafter, if he finds that any action is required and obligated by the officials of the Nagar Nigam, Lucknow as per law then needful shall be done at the earliest.
