This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to pay compensation of the land situated at Pargana Mugra, District Jaunpur. 2. Counter affidavit was filed by State on 24.03.2013, inter alia, indicating that patta of land in question in the name of the petitioner was canceled by order dated 24/25.03.2013, Annexure CA-2 and therefore, the petitioners are not entitled to any compensation. 3. No rejoinder affidavit to said reply has been filed. 4. Despite the fact that the matter is listed in the category of 'oldest pending cases in this High Court, for priority hearing', none is present for the petitioners. 5.
