The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 21.11.2024 in pursuance of the Scheme of Gramin Abadi (Management and Regularization Rules, 2011) and provide 10% Abadi Land in favour of the petitioner. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking authority concerned to decide the aforesaid representation in accordance with law expeditiously.
