Learned Standing Counsel has also gone through the pleadings of this case as well as the order passed by this Court dated 27.05.2025 in Writ - A No. 2158 of 2025 and agrees to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of on same terms as contained in the order dated 27.05.2025 passed in Writ - A No. 2158 of 2025.
