By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner, who is working on the post of Gram Panchayat Adhikari, has assailed the order dated 16.06.2025 passed by the Additional District Panchayat Raj Officer, Sant Kabir Nagar placing the petitioner under suspension. 3. While initially petition was presented before the Court, it was argued that Additional District Panchayat Raj Officer who holds a non-gazetted post cannot be delegated with the power of Panchayat Raj Officer which is vested in him by virtue of relevant statute and therefore, sub-delegation was bad. 4. Entertaining this petition, this Court on 30.07.2025 passed the following order: "1.
