Alongwith compliance affidavit, the order passed by Superintendent of Police Armed Police Training College Sitapur dated 09th August, 2025 has been annexed whereby petitioner has been directed to report for training. In view of above, since prayer relief claim of the petitioner for not sending him for training has stood satisfied, the present petition has rendered infructuous and is accordingly consigned to records.
