By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 02.06.2022 passed by U.P. State Public Services Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as, the Tribunal) in Claim Petition No. 1282 of 2020. We have gone through the judgment passed by Tribunal and found it to be a well reasoned order. We have asked learned counsel for the petitioner to point out the errors apparent on the face of the record, which may require interference of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, he could not point out any such error in the judgment of Tribunal under challenge. We have also gone through the order, which was impugned before the Tribunal and find it to be a detailed and reasoned order as has rightly been held by the Tribunal also.
