Heard Shri Seemant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command respondents to permit petitioner to appear for re-medical examination. 4. Fact are that petitioner was declared medically unfit on 26.04.2025 and when next date was fixed for re-medical to be held on 28.04.2025, he could not participate for he suddenly fell ill at bus station on 27.04.2025 and was referred to hospital. 5. It is contended on behalf of petitioner that petitioner could not participate in the medical examination as he suddenly fell ill while boarding off a bus on the fateful day. 6. The reason for non appearance of the petitioner is assigned in the paragraph 14 of the writ petition which is reproduced hereunder: "14. That petitioner while he was admitted to
