Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and as per instructions now the selection process on the post of Anganwadi Worker pursuant to the notification dated 15.03.2024 has been cancelled to hold selection de novo in terms of the Government Order dated 21.03.2023. 3. In these circumstances when the respondents are going to hold fresh selection, if the petitioner makes fresh application seeking selection and appointment on the post of Anganwadi Worker her claim shall also be considered along with other eligible candidates as and when selection is held. 4.
