By means of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 01.08.2023 passed in Original Application No. 254 of 2019 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow. The said O.A. has been dismissed. Being aggrieved, this petition has been filed. The facts of the case in brief are that the petitioner's claim of promotion to the post of Superintendent w.e.f. 2002 and to the post of Assistant Commissioner since 11.05.2018, from the date when his juniors Shri V.K. Tiwari and Shri M.C. Shukla had been promoted, was turned down initially by the official opposite parties vide order dated 03.01.2018, and thereafter, vide order dated 14.11.2018, both of which were challenged before the Central Administrati
