We have perused the order passed by the Tribunal on 01.06.2022 in exercise of its contempt jurisdiction. We have also perused the order dated 19.12.2018 passed in Claim Petition No. 1004 of 2018. We do not find any error in the order passed by the contempt Court. Of course, the petitioner can have a grievance against the other order under challenge which is dated 29.03.2022 and has been passed by the State Government. This can be challenged by the petitioner before the Tribunal itself. As this petition was filed on 30.08.2022 within a period of one year of passing of the order dated 29.03.2022, therefore, if a claim petition is filed by the petitioner within one month from today, the same shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation and the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 would
