Sri Prashant Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and the same are taken on record. As per the instructions, most of the post retirement dues have been credited into the account of the petitioner and now pension amount shall soon be credited into his account. It is also stated that as per the instructions there is some issue regard payment of GPF amount In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent authorities to get entire pension dues cleared within next four weeks' time and also process the papers of GPF account for the purposes of payment to Principal Accountant General, U.P., Prayagraj and ensure that the payment is also made within said period and remaining 10% also within further two months' time.
