The petitioner who has been working as Block Manager Skil Development and Jobs ever since his initial appointment as such made on 15th January, 2015, is aggrieved by the order passed on 30th June, 2015 terminating his services on the ground that his work was not found to be satisfactory for recommendations made by Chief Development Officer in this regard in his letter dated 30th April, 2015 . Assailing the order Sri Srivastava has argued that qua discharge of duties by petitioner some previous complaint had been made on the basis of which she was issued with show cause notice on 4th October, 2014, to which petitioner had submitted a very detailed and exhaustive reply on 21.10.2014.
