Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and placed the same before this Court, which are taken on record, copy whereof is also supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per instructions obtained by learned Standing Counsel given to him by Chief Medical Office, Bhadohi on 6.8.2025, those Corono Warriors who were listed in the portal, namely, attendance management system upto 31st July, 2024 were only liable to be considered for absorption against available vacancies on contract basis. Chief Medical Officer seems to have given this instruction to the learned Standing Counsel on the basis of some circular letter issued by Director of Mission dated 19th July, 2022.
