In compliance of earlier order of this Court dated 19.05.2025, Chief Medical Officer Prayagraj and Chief Medical Officer Mirzapur have filed compliance affidavits, which are taken on record. As compliance affidavit fled by Chief Medical Officer, Ghaziabad vide paragraphs 6,7,8,9 and 10 details of various of post retirement dues that had remained pending consideration before the authority have been given and documents thereof have been appended alongwith slip of transaction of the amount towards post retirement dues into the account of the petitioner have also been brought on record. In view of above, therefore, since entire post retirement dues are claimed to have been paid, petition has got rendered infructuous. However, liberty rests with the petitioner to question the details if there has been any miscalculation of the amount on the part of the respondents. Petition is consigned to records accordingly.
