By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 6th March, 2021, whereby his claim for pay-scale as admissible to the veterinary pharmacist has been refused. It is contended that petitioner is a trained veterinary pharmacist inasmuch as many other pharmacist have been benefited under the judgment of this Court and Supreme Court and latest judgment in the case of Praveen Rai v. State of U.P. and 3 Others, Writ A No. 23679 of 2017, decided on 8.5.2023. Upon pointed query being made, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel representing State respondents could not dispute the application of law as discussed in the order of this Court dated 8.5.2023 in the case of Praveen Rai (supra) to the petitioner's case.
