By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking compassionate appointment on account of death of his father working as Rozgar Sevak, while in employment. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon Government Order issued in this regard on 18.03.2024. Accordingly this Court on 11.03.2024 directed the learned Standing Counsel to obtain instruction in the matter by passing following order: "1.
