Medical examination report conducted upon the petitioner under the order of this Court dated 18th February, 2025 has been placed before the Court in a sealed cover which has been opened. The report shows that the petitioner is clinically sound as there is no evidence of knock knee and hence the medical examination report appears to be clear and shown petitioner to be medically fit. Although the report is signed by five doctors but nobody has put the date under his/ her signature, however, the medical report though contains recitals to this effect that the medical examination was held on 11th March, 2025 and since it has been received in the office of the Chief Standing Counsel from the authorized source and has been
