By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has question the orders dated 06.08.2018 and 11.06.2018 whereby his candidature has come to be cancelled in view of the subsequent medical examination held by the respondent over and above the medical examination conducted by Super Speciality Hospital. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for petitioner that the controversy is no more res integra as this Court in a bunch of writ petition leading being Writ A No. 20474 of 2018 has set aside such orders and remitted the matter to the competent authority/ respondents to take decision afresh. It is therefore, contended that this petition may also be dispose
