By means of this petition, the petitioners have challenged judgment and order dated 28.01.2015, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow in Original Application No. 332/00033 of 2015. The petitioners herein preferred an Original Application No. 332/00033 of 2015 seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) That this Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 03-12-2008 so far as the same goes to grant retrospective seniority to the absorption of the private respondents on the post of assistant audit officers, contained as Annexure No. 1 to this original application. (b) That this Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct the opposite parties to bring out suitable amends in the seniority list and remove the anomalies which have resulted in downgrading the seniority
