By means of this application, review has been sought of the judgment dated 20.05.2015 passed in Writ Petition No. 710 (S/B) of 2015. 3. Shri Neerav Chitravanshi, learned Counsel for the petitioners informs that after passing of this order on 07.09.2015, a show cause notice was issued to the applicant-respondent and a fresh decision was taken on 05.12.2015, dispensing his services from the date of his absence. 4. The contention of Counsel for the applicant-respondent is that liberty should not have been granted for proceeding afresh with the disciplinary proceedings, as the Tribunal had specifically stated that this can't be done. 5.
