A compliance affidavit has been filed o behalf of Accountant General as well as State respondents by Sri Bal Mukund and learned Standing Counsel respectively is taken on record. Along with the compliance affidavit, letter dated 06.08.2025 issued by the Principal Accountant General, Prayagraj to the District Social Welfare Officer, Lalitpur according to which 90% amount has been directed to be paid as well as remaining 10% amount. Learned Standing Counsel submits that as per the order passed by the Principal Accountant General, Prayagraj the entire amount has come to be credited into the account of the petitioner i.e. Rs. 1,45,000/- on 21.07.2025 and remaining amount on 12.08.2025. In view of the fact that amount has stood credited into the account of the petitioner, no more any cause survives to continue this petition. Accordingly this petition consigned to records.
