This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to give interim pension and retiral benefits during the pendency of the Original Application ('OA') No. 180 of 2017 pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal at Allahabad ('Tribunal') and a direction to the Tribunal to decide the OA within a stipulated period of time. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that though the prayer has been made seeking a direction to the Tribunal to decide the OA within a stipulated period of time, no material has been produced on record to indicate whether any effort has been made by the petitioner seeking hearing of the OA before the Tribunal on the ground of the petitioner's old age/physical condition and the fact that he has not been paid the interim pension and retiral benefits. 3.
