By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners before this Court are aggrieved for non disbursement of terminal dues of their father who died in harness on 04.06.2023 while working in the respondent establishment. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that in the above regard petitioners have made a representation on 10.07.2025 but no decision has been taken yet. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to take final decision upon the claim of the petitioners within a months and in the event petitioners' claim found to be rightful and genuine, the entire terminal dues in respect of their father shall be disbursed in their favour within a further period of six weeks, if ther
