By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "i. issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 & 3, the Finance Controller/ C.A.O., Police Head Quarter, Lucknow to correct the pension as per last pay salary drawn after adding two increments in accordance with orders dated 13.8.2015 and 27.2.2023 passed by the respondent no. 2 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of a representation dated 14th February, 2025 which has remained pending till date. 4.
