Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment on account of his father died in harness on 4th May, 2024 while working with the respondent establishment. 3. It transpires from the record that petitioner made a representation before the competent authority on 27th June, 2024, which is still pending consideration. 4. Learned Standing counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued for disposal of pending representation of petitioner. 5.
