By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners have prayed for following substantial relief: "(I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondents to restore the petitioners on duty of their posts of Rakshaks/ Prantiya Rakshak Dal Swayam Sewaks and to pay salary to them in accordance with law." 3.
