Heard Shri Nitin Sharma, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel representing State respondents. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has questioned the charge-sheet dated 17.07.2025 on the ground that on identical charges petitioner had been earlier charge sheeted in which finally he stood exonerated and hence, it is a malicious act on the part of the respondent to put the petitioner undergo disciplinary proceedings again. 3. Shri Sharma, learned counsel for petitioner then submits that though the charge-sheet is signed by the inquiry officer also but his name or seal is not there upon the charge-sheet which makes the charge sheet also unsustainable. 4.
