By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 06.08.2025 on the ground that her husband is patient of cancer and new posting will over burden the petitioner with work. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner since has been transferred from one department to another department within the same district, he should not have any grievance inasmuch as the petitioner has previous working experience of Chief Medical Superintendent but he is not averse to the direction being issued to the respondent competent in the matter i.e. respondent no.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2025 in accordance with law. 4.
