By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner seeks direction for correction in the order dated 20.11.2012 and 10.08.2018 by means of which the petitioner has been though provided with the pay scale alongwith his juniors right since the beginning but no benefit of seniority has been accorded and hence the petitioner's regularisation took place subsequently. 3. Admittedly petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and now therefore, I see no justification to grant any such relief in the nature of writ of mandamus to command the respondents to consider his claim of seniority with effect from the date his juniors were placed in the seniority list.
