This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad to decide Original Application No. 540 of 2021 within a stipulated period to be fixed by this Court. 2. Submissions have been made that the Original Application was filed in the year 2021 and despite the fact that the pleadings have been completed on 22.11.2024 and the matter has been fixed on several dates, the same continues to remain pending and therefore, the Tribunal be directed to hear and decide the matter with expedition. 3. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused the material available on record. 4. A perusal of the record indicates that the matter is regularly getting listed before the Tribunal and the next date fixed is today itself before the Tribunal
