Petitioner who is widow of Anil Kumar Rai claims that while her husband died in harness in 2007, the leave encashment amount has remained unpaid and the G.P.F. amount was also paid quite belatedly and that too only 90 per cent whereas the 10 per cent amount, for which cheque was issued on 14.03.2009, she could not submit the same for health issues as she is suffering from cancer. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that paper for payment of leave encashment amount has been prepared. 4. In the given facts and circumstances, the respondent no.2 is directed to clear the entire dues of leave encashment amount of late husband of the petitioner within 15 days from today and also issue a fresh cheque towards 10 per cent amount of the GPF and pay the same within the same period in which he is required to pay the leave encashment amount. 5.
