By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent competent authority, namely respondent No.- 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization as he is working in the forest department since 1987. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has moved application dated 6th August, 2024 which has remained pending consideration till date. 4.
